I kind of confirm it's a privacy issue as I just realised that even though they see me as "Offline", they can double-click me and start a conversation.

So I just "Look" offline.

Just need to figure out why I do not have the options.

Checked the Policies setting, doesn't seemt o be blocking anything. Destroyed my notes.ini file too (again).

I'm guessing it's our current config that blocks this options... but then there's no reason for it enabling itself in the first place !
